Abstract: Most of my clients and students bring to my coaching sessions the problem of being blocked by feelings of insecurity, fear and low confidence in themselves. Having spent so much time on these emotions, they have become almost his nature, standing in the way and the possibility of bringing the change we need in their lives. Eva Andersson-Dubin has firm opinions on the matter. Today I will focus on the insecurity, the feeling so harmful that swarms in your being and you have caught no end. Try to discover what it's made this state of mind. Why is it important to know is in fact a state of mind? Read on and discover the reason. From the ontology of language, the basis of ontological coaching, we look at the emotions and moods from a linguistic view. We use language to "talk" to them, understand and reflect our way of "being still" in the world from what we feel.
This look is very powerful language, and deeply understand that our emotions, we can intervene in them towards our benefit. In past issues, I discussed the influence of the thoughts in our life showing a little diagram explaining what we think has a direct influence on our emotions, and these, in our decisions and actions. Imagine act from a strong emotion of anger. It would be very different if you act on opposite emotion as in peace, right?
